Mike Southon Mike has developed a wide ranging business skill base working in Senior Management positions within both Retail and Commercial sectors over many years. For the past fifteen years Mike has worked as an independent Business Consultant undertaking many major business development and troubleshooting projects for a number of Blue Chip and high profile Retail and Distribution companies. Working with Dental Practices and Healthcare organisations, Mike has successfully employed his expertise to identify operational needs and has implemented proven solutions to improve performance, profitability and to promote future growth. Mike firmly believes that success is achieved through a partnership approach with each Client, to ensure all development processes are implemented, fully supported and measured.

Carol Lockwood Carol has acquired extensive expertise specialising in both Data Analysis and Investigations across both Public and Private sector organisations. Her wide range of proven experience over many years includes management of Data Intelligence and Loss Prevention Teams tasked with providing detailed forensic data analysis, supported by innovative process solutions targeted to address business deficiencies and opportunities. With direct reporting to Government Departments as well as Retail and Commercial Boards of Directors, Carol has contributed to major initiatives tasked with reducing loss and improving overall operational and financial performance. In addition, through her sympathetic interview style, she is able to identify opportunities for an individual’s professional and personal development.  This is further supported by her skills as a trainer and counsellor.  Carol is driven by her desire to always deliver a first class service and experience at all times.
